Alpha Participation Terms
These terms describe what it means to join the Brale Analytics alpha. Brale Analytics is a product operated by Brale, Inc. ("Brale," "we," "us," "our"). By checking the agreement box on the sign-up form, you — and the company you're signing on behalf of ("you," "your," "Partner") — agree to these terms. There is nothing to sign, and no fee to participate.
This is a non-binding term sheet for the Brale Analytics alpha, not legal advice. It doesn't replace a definitive commercial agreement.
- You're expressing interest in the Brale Analytics alpha — not signing a commercial contract.
- You let us name your company as an early partner and use your name and logo in our launch materials, on our sites, and with press.
- We get your written sign-off before publishing any quote attributed to you or your team.
- Either of us can walk away anytime, for any reason, at no cost.
- Anything commercial — integration, economics, production use — becomes its own separately signed agreement.
What this is
Signing on adds you to the Brale Analytics early access group for the alpha period. This is a non-binding expression of interest. It does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or exclusive relationship, and it does not obligate either of us to enter into any commercial arrangement or to integrate, distribute, or use Brale Analytics.
What Brale Analytics is
Brale Analytics is stablecoin readiness intelligence infrastructure — observing browser capabilities, wallet adoption, and behavioral signals across the web to help software developers build better products. During the alpha, Brale Analytics runs with a limited group of early partners. Features, timelines, and availability may change.
Announcement, name & logo
This is the main ask, and the reason most partners sign on. You grant Brale a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to use your company name and logo to identify you as an early Brale Analytics partner in:
- the Brale Analytics and Brale websites, product, and partner materials;
- launch announcements, press releases, and briefings with journalists, analysts, and other media; and
- investor, partner, and community updates.
You'll provide your logo (or approve one we source) in a usable format, and we'll follow any brand guidelines you share. This license lets us reference the fact of your participation; it does not give either party rights to the other's trademarks for any other purpose.
Quotes & attributed statements
If we'd like to attribute a quote or statement to you or someone on your team, we'll send it to you first and get your written approval (email is fine) before it's published. We won't publish attributed quotes you haven't approved.
Your participation
As an early partner, you can expect early access to the Brale Analytics platform, APIs, implementation support, and launch materials — offered on an as-available, "as-is" basis during the alpha. We ask, in good faith, that you engage with the alpha and share feedback, but nothing here requires you to do so or to commit resources.
Confidentiality
During the alpha, each of us may share non-public information (for example, technical details, roadmap, or pricing). Treat the other party's non-public information as confidential: use it only to evaluate and participate in the alpha, and don't disclose it to anyone except your team and advisors who need it and are held to similar obligations, or as required by law. This obligation lasts two years from the date you receive the information.
This doesn't apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, that you already had without a duty of confidentiality, or that you independently develop.
No fees, no exclusivity
There's no cost to participate in the alpha, and no compensation is owed to either party for participating. Nothing here is exclusive — you're free to work with anyone, and so are we. Any economics tied to using Brale Analytics would be set out in a separate signed agreement (see Section 8).
Definitive agreements
Any actual commercial relationship — production integration, distribution, economics, or production use — will be governed by a separate written agreement negotiated and signed by both parties. Until such an agreement is signed, neither party is obligated to proceed, and these terms don't commit either party to any specific deal.
How we use your information
We use the details you submit — your name, company, work email, role, and anything you tell us — only to contact you about Brale Analytics and to run the alpha. We don't sell your information. Brale's handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the alpha evolves. The version and date at the top will change when we do, and we record the version in effect at the time you signed on. If a change materially affects the name and logo permission in Section 3, we'll let you know.
Non-binding, with limited exceptions
Except for Section 3 (only to the extent of permissions you've granted and not revoked), Section 6 (Confidentiality), and Section 9 (Information use), these terms are non-binding and describe the parties' mutual intentions during the alpha. Nothing here, and no related discussions, obligates either party to enter into or continue negotiating any agreement.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute relating to them, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
